And in addition to receiving the prestigious Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation, Bobby also holds licenses in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. Bobby's earlier experience as a police chief and detective in the Houston area gave him the opportunity to truly understand people and their needs. Also, Bobby has inspected 5,000+ homes in the Birmingham area, and has developed a trained eye for seeing current or potential problems in homes.
Cindy has been in the real estate industry for 23 years. Her experience in the San Francisco, Houston, and Birmingham markets include both commercial and residential, resale and new construction. In 2006 she sold ten million in only four months and realized she had an above normal ability to satisfy buyers. At that point, she decided to take her education ten levels higher by acquiring the Member, Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation, which teaches the importance of creating an in-depth study of the real estate markets. Even though she was told by her peers, that achieving the MIRM would be difficult and virtually impossible, she rose to the challenge and achieved the designation in 2007.

Bobby and Cindy moved back to the Birmingham area eight years ago from Houston, Texas. They are empty nesters who make it a priority to spend time with family, including their four-legged children (three dogs and three cats). Bobby and Cindy’s favorite past times include setting on their deck and counting the stars in the sky or watching the many birds, discovering new restaurants, or going skeet shooting. They strive to hit the bull’s eye and are never satisfied with just shooting the gun. This determination is also applied to their real estate business.
